# How do I get help or report a bug?

In the chart, click **Reach out**: the message icon at the top right, next to your profile picture. Pick **Bug**, **Feature** or **Feedback**, describe what happened, and press **Send**. The team reads every message, and when someone replies, a dot appears on the **Reach out** button.

You can also open a ticket in the [OpenMarket Discord](https://discord.gg/openmarket): the get-help channel has a **Create a ticket** button that opens a private channel with the team. Or email [support@openmarket.xyz](mailto:support@openmarket.xyz).

Before you report an outage, check the [known issues](/learn#known-issues) and the [status page](https://status.openmarket.xyz/). A good bug report names what you expected, what happened instead, the symbol and interval, and your browser.

**Staff never DM you first.** Nobody from OpenMarket starts a private conversation to offer support. If someone messages you first and says they are support or a moderator, it is a scam: do not open their links, and do not share your login, codes or wallet details. Ask for help in a ticket instead.
