# Is OpenMarket down, or is it just me?

When the chart is stuck, candles stop updating or indicators do not load:

1. Check the [status page](https://status.openmarket.xyz/) and the [known issues](/learn#known-issues). Incidents at a market data provider, most often on CME futures, show up there.
2. Reload the page. A fresh load restarts the chart's connections.
3. Look at the connection status at the bottom right of the chart: it shows whether you are connected and how fast the servers answer from your region.
4. Still stuck? Send a report through **Reach out** with the symbol, the interval, when it started and your browser. If the chart does not load at all, open a ticket in the [OpenMarket Discord](https://discord.gg/openmarket).
