Getting an API key

API keys are included with all plans (Free, Basic, Standard, and Advanced). Generate and manage your keys from your account settings.

Access keys

An access key is a different credential: it manages the member list of one Invite-only Indicator you publish, and nothing else. It is created in the chart, from the Indicator's people list, and is sent as Authorization: Bearer <access key> to the registry. See the Access API reference.

Security

API keys are server-side credentials. Never expose them in client-side code, browser applications, or mobile apps. If a key is compromised, revoke it immediately from your account settings.
