Yes. Market cap and dominance charts open like any other symbol, live, on every interval from 1 minute to monthly. Click the symbol name at the top left of the chart, or start typing on the chart, then type one of these:
- TOTAL: the total crypto market cap.
- TOTAL2: the total without Bitcoin.
- TOTAL3: the total without Bitcoin and Ether.
- OTHERS: the market cap of the coins outside the top 10.
- BTC.D, ETH.D, USDT.D and USDC.D: that coin's share of the total market cap, in percent.
- OTHERS.D: the share of the coins outside the top 10.
- A coin's ticker with .D, such as SOL.D: that coin's dominance. About 150 coins have one.
Words work too: "btc dominance", "total market cap" and "altcoin market cap" find the right chart. These charts list under the venue CRYPTOCAP.
What works on these charts
- OpenMarket computes the values from its own spot prices and each coin's circulating supply, over a list of 150 coins, so they can differ a little from other sites.
- The charts carry values only, with no volume, trades or order book. Footprint, TPO, the heatmap and volume indicators are not available on them. Price-based indicators such as RSI and moving averages work, and so do symbol comparisons.
- Alerts are not available on crypto index charts.
- You can add them to a watchlist.
- To keep Bitcoin dominance under a crypto chart, add the Bitcoin Dominance indicator, or Altcoin Dominance, which is 100 minus it. Both read the same numbers as the BTC.D chart.
