During incidents at the provider that delivers CME Group data, CME futures charts (ES, NQ, CL, GC and the rest) can lag, freeze or show gaps in the candles.
The team is moving CME data to another provider.
What you can do:
- Check the status page for an active incident.
- Reload the chart once the feed recovers.
- If a gap stays after the incident, report it through Reach out with the symbol, the interval and the time of the gap.
