Is OpenMarket down, or is it just me?

Check the status page and the known issues first. If the chart is stuck or candles stop loading, reload the page; if it stays stuck, report it with the symbol and the time.

When the chart is stuck, candles stop updating or indicators do not load:

  1. Check the status page and the known issues. Incidents at a market data provider, most often on CME futures, show up there.
  2. Reload the page. A fresh load restarts the chart's connections.
  3. Look at the connection status at the bottom right of the chart: it shows whether you are connected and how fast the servers answer from your region.
  4. Still stuck? Send a report through Reach out with the symbol, the interval, when it started and your browser. If the chart does not load at all, open a ticket in the OpenMarket Discord.
