When you publish a wrun script you choose who can use it (Everyone, Invite only or Just me) and who can read the code (Protected, Compiled or Open source).
To sell access yourself, publish Invite only with Protected code. Protected scripts run on OpenMarket's servers, so nobody can download or copy your code. Then:
- Invite people by name, or hand out one invite link.
- Or let your own store keep the member list in sync as people pay and cancel, through an access key: Stripe, Patreon, Whop, a paid Discord role or a paid Telegram group.
Running an Invite only script for your community is free within fair use, up to 1,000 people per Protected script. The steps are in the wrun docs under Sharing.
The OpenMarket marketplace is a separate route: there OpenMarket handles payment, delivery, licensing and discovery, and takes a 20% fee on the scripts sold through it. The fee applies only to marketplace sales, not to access you sell yourself.
