Right-click the price axis on the right of the chart, open Labels, and turn off High and low price labels. The Lines submenu has the matching High and low price lines switch.
The same menus control the other price axis markers: the last price, the previous day's close, the pre-market and post-market price, bid and ask, and the countdown to the bar close.
